1. What did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this course?

-One of the things that I learned was that there’s so much you can do to be healthy and exercise. You don’t just have to go to the gym, you can ice skate, dance, or play a sport. I also learned that lifelong wellness is about consistency. You can’t just sporadically exercise every once in a while and expect to be healthy. Lifelong wellness is a constant effort that can benefit you for your whole life.

2. How has learning about and applying “lifelong wellness” concepts impacted your life (home,school, work, etc.)?

-One thing that has changed is that I am more excited to exercise now. Because I exercise more often, I feel better and feel better about myself. I am also more awake at work and more attentive at school. I love ice skating and I’m planning on going more often to keep the skills I learned. It’s fun, and healthy!

3. Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going toimplement them in your life?

-Again, one specific thing I learned is the importance of consistency. If I don’t practice ice skating regularly, then I lose some of the skill and have a difficult time next time I skate. I also learned about confidence. When I was shaky and unsure on my ice skates, then I usually fell. However, when I was confident in my skating and just went for it, my skating was smooth and I was able to do things better.

4. General ideas for improving this course?-

It’s great just the way it is.
